Founder & Director

Following a highly successful career in sales and business development, Annabel created a property company to buy, renovate, sell and lease properties in the Cotswolds. 

Latterly, her passion for working with people and property came together, sourcing property for clients across Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire with Jess Simpson Ltd. In 2023, Annabel founded Country Property Search.

Her vision and proactive approach enables her to help clients acquire and adapt unique property opportunities in an increasingly limited marketplace. Annabel has a substantial network of contacts to help secure both on and off market property and to provide an experienced panel of experts to support clients from their first meeting to taking ownership and beyond.

Annabel has extensive experience managing highly complex acquisitions. She provides a professional, consultative, end to end service. From understanding the initial client brief, lifestyle needs and financial factors, to in-depth purchase advise and due diligence, to Completion and Estate advice and beyond.

As a qualified NLP practitioner, Annabel has an incisive ability to understand and manage clients' requirements, motivations and appetite for change. Clear communication and accurate representation of her clients is a key part of her success in a competitive market.
