The Brief
We will take time to fully understand your requirements, goals and objectives. We will identify, and source properties which we will preview on your behalf, report upon and then arrange to view together.

Due Diligence
Following detailed inspections, we provide a full due diligence report. This includes planning potential, local planning impact, blights, risks, access, factors effecting value, the Title and boundaries, neighbours, local market analysis and comparable properties previously sold.

Purchase Strategy
We use our experience and the information acquired to advise on purchase strategy.

Negotiation
We negotiate on our clients behalf to secure the property and on the best possible terms

Process Management
We manage the relationship between agents, solicitors and the Vendor to ensure the entire purchase process is as seamless, timely and cost-effective as possible.

Engagement with other industry experts
We will advise upon the appointment of relevant professionals for example planning strategy, taxation advise, Buildings Survey, Listed Building advice, land use and off-setting, carbon credits etc.

Pre-Completion
We provide a comprehensive report summarising all our advice, that of the other engaged professionals and information about the property. We will inspect the property and ensure it is in the condition as agreed.

Post-Completion
We provide information and advice to ensure that all our clients needs are met from alarm codes, meter readings and log deliveries to land planning, estate management and preparation for building works tender process.
